PHP/MySQL Programmer

VideoClix's Tech team is seeking an experienced fulltime onsite PHP/MySQL programmer.

Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Server & Database Administrator

(Vancouver)
A full time on-site position maintaining our growing mySQL database and managing web traffic.

Flash/Flex/ActionScript Developer

Job Description:
The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining in-house Flash/Flex applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate must have strong skills in Flash development. He/she will be very familiar with ActionScript 2.0 (incl. classes, delegates, events, loading external swfs), progressive and streaming FLV playback, the Flash security model, and JavaScript-ActionScript integration.

The candidate will have experience working with a graphic designer to faithfully reproduce a design within the Flash CS3 application. Attention to detail is very important.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Other desirable skills and experience:

  • Strong web development skills (HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, HTTP, etc.)
  • Experience embedding Flash/Flex and Quicktime in webpages.
  • Significant programming experience, in any language(s), and an understanding of object oriented programming, and MVC, etc.

Senior Media Partnership Manager

(New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco)

  • BS/BA degree required MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in the video/content syndication and licensing space.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar relationships.
  • Experience signing content distribution/licensing deals with top Broadcast & Cable networks.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • A technical background is a plus.
  • Develop online content distribution/syndication relationships with top Broadcast & Cable networks.
  • Travel 50%+.

Ad Operations Manager

(New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco)

  • BS/BA degree required, MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years ad sales and/or ad sales operations experience.
  • Relationships with fortune 500 clients and top-tier agencies.
  • Solid understanding of both the online and offline advertising industry.
  • Experience working with Doubleclick DART or other 3rd party ad-serving solutions.
  • Help grow a national sales and support team.
  • Manage media advertising campaigns for fortune 500 companies.
